The Website is operated by Rebel Hippy Publications Limited ("we" and "us"). We are registered in England under company number 10180278 and have our main place of work and registered office at 28 High Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST48PD.
2. Accessing our site
2.1 Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Website at any time without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
2.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of the Terms, and that they comply with them.
3.1 There are areas of the Website where you can register to participate and/or view. The username and password and all other registration details used by you in connection with the Website are personal to you and you agree that you will not permit the use of such username, password or other registration details by any third party and you will not use the username, password or any other registration details of any third party. You are granted access to the registered areas of the Website subject to the following conditions:

We reserve the right to delete, remove and/or edit messages and postings and terminate user access if we consider your use of or access to the Community to be inappropriate or damaging in any way. Our decision shall be final. By submitting content to the Community you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any losses, including costs and expenses, arising out of your content.
4.2 By using the Community areas you accept the following rules and will not:
4.2.1 Post damaging viruses;
4.2.2 Post messages with recommendations to buy anything;
4.2.3 Post messages that we consider to be abusive, defamatory, contain illegal content or are unlawful in any way;
4.2.4 Do anything detrimental to the Website; or
4.2.5 Post content that impersonates a person or entity other than yourself.

9. Viruses, hacking and other offences

12. Competition Terms and Conditions
12.1 By entering any competition and/or promotion operated by us contained on the Website ("Competition") you accept the following terms and conditions:
12.1.1 Competitions are open to all members of the general public except (i) employees of Rebel Hippy Publications Limited, (ii) contributors to the Website and/or The Skinny Magazine and/or any other magazine produced by or on behalf of Rebel Hippy Publications Limited, and (iii) the families of such employees or contributors.
12.1.2 Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed.
12.1.3 Winners will be notified via email and will be required to respond within the time stated in the competition text.
12.1.4 The editor’s decision is final.
12.1.5 By entering a Competition you warrant that you have legal capacity to enter the Competition (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) and that you fulfil any other terms or conditions (e.g. age restrictions) of the Competition. We reserve the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
12.1.6 We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or other terms or conditions of the Competition.
12.1.7 While reasonable endeavours will be made to supply the prize as specified, prizes supplied by third parties cannot be guaranteed.
12.1.8 Entrants agree to take part in future publicity, however, we will not pass your details to third parties without your consent.
12.1.9 We do not accept responsibility for the return of any Competition entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material.
12.1.10 We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
Your right to use the Website may be terminated immediately by us if, in our reasonable opinion, you breach any of these Terms.
14. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the English Courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.
15. Trade marks
The Website does not grant you any licence or other right to use the trademark, "REBEL", and any associated versions thereof, whether registered or unregistered, together with any device marks, designs or artwork.
If any provision of these Terms (or any part of any provision) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part of these Terms, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of the Terms shall not be affected.
